Wild clover honey followed by citrus blossom and herbal notes of thyme highlight the aroma of this wine. On the palate the aroma notes are joined by green apple and a touch of lemon pith.
Normally this is our go-to wine for oysters and other shellfish but this year we’re thinking Braised Tuna with Olives, Peppers, and Capers.
Serve well chilled.
